Are you apprehensive?

Expect to be stretched out of your comfort zone. There will be times when your coach will push, pull and stretch you in uncomfortable ways. Facing your fears, your self-doubt and your prejudices is not a very pleasant experience but it will empower you to achieve things that before seemed out of your reach.

Are you ready?

Be ready to take action. Your coach will help you identify various actions that you could take between your sessions. These are the stepping stones that will move you towards your goal. If you are not ready to take action then you should consider therapy before committing.

Do not expect answers.

Expect questions that will help you find the answers that you seek.

Meet Your Coach

Why should you choose me as your coach? What do I have to offer that others don’t?

What kind of person will you meet at the other end of that Skype call?

“Ady is an incredible combination of logic, self knowledge, and warmth. I am endlessly amazed by her ability to assess the most complicated situations rationally and empathetically. I know I can rely on her to illuminate my own thought process and provide clarity. I feel beyond lucky to have this resource, confidant, and generally outstanding person in my life.”
- Darla Harper, Manager Cal-Maine Foods
“To improve, I need to do different things than I do, and it’s hard. Whether I’m cleaning the kitchen or speaking in public, it’s work—and there is resistance. When I do the right things for my values, my life becomes dramatically better. The person that can get you through the resistance, and pleasantly, will be the most valuable creature in your life. Ady is my secret weapon that helps me rise to the occasion.”
- Julia Brent, Director & Vice President Maryland Objectivist Society
“Ady is excellent at getting others to see themselves for who they truly are and she has always helped me validate my own capacities and potential. She is also a capable and a savvy fighter in life and these qualities allow her to bring up difficult topics and challenge people on things that need to be addressed but that are normally avoided. Yet Ady is also tactful, a very useful skill that she likely polished in her business career.”
- Juan S. Galt, Writer Coin Telegraph/Host DisrupTek Media

For centuries, the battle of morality was fought between those who claimed that your life belongs to God and those who claimed that it belongs to your neighbors—between those who preached that the good is self- sacrifice for the sake of ghosts in heaven and those who preached that the good is self sacrifice for the sake of incompetents on earth. And no one came to say that your life belongs to you and that the good is to live it.
